Any of the following is fine
- A live link to the competitor’s product page
- A clear screenshot showing the price
To qualify, the competitor offer must be
- For the identical item: same brand, model, size and spec
- In stock and available to buy at the price shown
- Current and verifiable at the time we check it

To keep it fair
Exclusions
Our Price Promise doesn’t apply to:
- Livestock and live plants
- Clearance or liquidation pricing
- Marketplace and third-party sellers (for example eBay or Amazon sellers), unless we confirm they are an approved retailer
- Bundles, multi-buy deals, subscription offers, “new customer” codes and membership-only pricing
- Delivery charges
